The Skeletruck has been divided into 1 million equal parts. Represented by the $Sklt token on the xrp ledger. You can choose to hold or trade $Sklt and wait on its growth or you can choose to participate in the token unlocks and token burns which will result in one holder becoming the new holder of the Skeletruck.

So how do you become the next primary holder of the Skeletruck? You will have to participate in a king of the hill style token buying challenge which will unlock when milestones are reached.

Ok, what are the milestones? The first challenge is to achieve a 50k market cap on Magneticx.org so that the token can gain exposure.

Milestone one. 2 of 3 conditions must be met.

1. The automated market maker has depleted its supply

2. A 50k market cap has been achieved.

3. All current holders of $ sklt have less than 5% of the total $sklt available.

1% or 10,000 tokens will unlock from the vault. These tokens are not special they are the same as all the rest. They will be sold at at a set/limit price.
What makes these tokens special then?

The largest holder of unlocked tokens from each milestone unlock will receive the keys to the Skeletruck.

So does that mean I get the truck after the first unlock?

No, not until all of the remaining tokens in the vault are unlocked and sold.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! You can only claim the Skeletruck if you keep these tokens.

If you decide to sell your tokens and want to buy back in, your original unlocked tokens will not count towards becoming the holder.

You must keep your unlocked tokens if you want the Skeletruck. Period

Do I have to participate in the unlocks to be come the holder of the Skeletruck? No, there is another way. If the unlocks begin and you have less than 1% of the total supply you qualify to simply become the largest holder.

example: If you hold more than a qualifying unlock participant and
started with less than 1% you will receive the keys.

How is that fair? If someone already holds 5% they do not qualify to become the largest holder and must participate in the unlocks.

Ok what about the guy holding 6% of the supply at the unlock?

A snapshot will be taken of all accounts any account over 5% at the first unlock is automatically disqualified from claiming.

You’re just gonna dump on us why should I buy this token?

The Skeletruck project cannot rug pull anyone and the token unlocks will be a set price at or above market price preserving current price conditions. no rug pull just a pre planned token unlock at announced and predetermined milestones.

What are the milestones?

50K market cap token unlock, 1% or 10k tokens are unlocked of 100,000.

100k market cap token unlock, 1%

200k market cap token unlock 1%

300k market cap token unlock, 1%

400k market cap token unlock, 1%

500k market cap token unlock, 1%

600k market cap token unlock, 1%

700k market cap token unlock, 1%

When all unlocks are complete and the tokens fully distributed

the holder of the most unlocked tokens at the end of the token unlocks, Gets to take home Skeletruck, if you start with less than 1% you can still wind up the holder you just have to have more tokens total than the highest unlocked token holder.

what if I won’t be able to buy when the unlocks happen? unlocks will never take place less than 24 hours from a milestone. there will be lots of announcements as milestones begin approaching.
